Websites for care and nursing homes
A website that reassures families
The choice of a care home is rarely made by the resident: it is their relatives who compare, worry and decide. We design websites that answer their real questions, show the life of your home and make getting in touch easy. Custom-built, from Brussels.
Or start with our work for the sector.
What families look at
Daily life
Meals, activities, visits, events: real photos and stories reassure more than any brochure.
Transparency
Prices, types of stay, available care, procedures: families flee vagueness at the most stressful moment of their decision.
The team
Who will look after their parent: faces, roles and staffing matter more than pictures of the building.
What we build for care homes
A custom website, easy to manage and built to grow with your home. You edit day-to-day content yourself, on a solid technical base built with Wagtail. The domain name, the content, the data and the code developed for your project belong to you.
- A family journey: from the first visit to the site to the appointment request, each step answers a worry.
- The life of the home: news, activities and events published in minutes by your team.
- Clear practical information: types of stay, prices, admission steps, without administrative jargon.
- Team and care page: the faces and roles behind the quality of care.
- A recruitment section: in a sector short of carers, the site also attracts staff: vacancies and an honest employer image.
- Local SEO: a structure optimised for your municipality.
- Editorial autonomy: news, menus, activities and vacancies are updated without calling us.
The care sector has its own requirements. We work with the realities of the profession: residents' dignity in photos (image rights), accuracy about care and accreditations, the right tone between warmth and seriousness, and accessibility for visitors of all ages. Content is approved with your management before publication.

Up to 70% of eligible expenses funded
Businesses with an operating base in Brussels can, under conditions, benefit from the Prime Digitalisation grant: 25 to 70% of eligible expenses, capped at EUR 10,000 per beneficiary per calendar year. The application must be filed before the assignment starts, and approval remains a Region decision. We help you prepare the file.
Frequently asked questions from care homes

Yes, and it should: in a sector short of carers, the jobs page is often the most visited. We build a recruitment section with your vacancies and an honest employer image, managed by your team.
Yes, under conditions. The Brussels-Region Prime Digitalisation grant covers 25 to 70% of eligible expenses (capped at EUR 10,000 per beneficiary per calendar year). The application is filed before the assignment starts; we help you prepare it.
We start with an inventory of your existing pages and rankings: useful content is kept or improved, every old URL is redirected and Search Console is transferred, with no downtime. A redesign always involves some variation, but a well-prepared migration limits losses and builds better foundations. The full method is in our article on migrating without losing your rankings.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for a Start package and about twelve weeks for a custom build, from first call to launch. You approve at each milestone (design, development, launch) and we handle the rest, migration and redirects included.
Let's talk about your home
A 15-minute exploratory call, no strings attached. We will have visited your current site before we talk.
