Websites for personal trainers and fitness coaches
A website that fills your schedule with sessions
A future client finds you on Instagram, then looks for your website to check you are serious. We design personal trainer websites that explain your method, show your packages and lead to the trial session in one click. And for independent coaches, a Solo package at EUR 1,500 excl. VAT, live in ten working days. From Brussels.
Solo package: the business-card website that does not look amateur, at EUR 1,500 excl. VAT. Details further down this page.
What your clients look at
The method
Who you work with, how a session goes, what changes in twelve weeks. A client wants to recognise themselves before writing to you.
Packages and prices
Trial session, pack of ten, quarterly coaching: displayed prices reassure and avoid messages that go nowhere.
The trial session
A button visible everywhere, linked to your calendar or WhatsApp. A convinced client books right away, without a three-page form.
What we build for personal trainers
Two levels, depending on where you are. The Solo website, one page that says all the essentials and goes live in ten working days. Or a full custom website, with a blog, pages per package and room for your programmes, when your business justifies it. In both cases, the website belongs to you.
- A readable offer: your packages, your prices and who they are for, on a single page that reads on a phone.
- Booking linked to your tool: Calendly, Google Calendar, WhatsApp or your coaching app, without a duplicate calendar.
- Client reviews: your Google reviews and transformations put forward, with your clients' consent.
- Instagram embedded: your latest posts on the website, to show you are active.
- Local SEO: "personal trainer + municipality" and "fitness coach + neighbourhood", where your clients search.
- Framed photos: we tell you which photos to take, with your phone, so the website looks professional.
- A path to grow: the Solo website can evolve into a full website when you hire or open a studio.
Fitness sells results; the website must stay honest. We avoid numbered weight-loss promises and before/after shots without context, and we put forward your method, your certifications and your clients' experience. Texts are validated with you before publication.
The Solo package: the business-card website that does not look amateur
Most independent coaches do not have EUR 5,000 to put into a website, and do not want a cobbled-together site that raises doubts either. Solo is the professional version of what you would have done yourself: one page, a designer who frames it, a fixed price, a deadline that is kept.

When you grow
The Solo website is not a dead end.
- Start, EUR 5,000: a multi-page showcase website, AI-generated or no-code, framed by a designer
- Business, EUR 12,000: a custom, multilingual Wagtail website that you own
Up to 70% of eligible expenses funded
Self-employed people and companies with an operating base in Brussels can, under conditions, benefit from the Prime Digitalisation grant: 25 to 70% of eligible expenses, capped at EUR 10,000 per beneficiary per calendar year. The application must be filed before the assignment starts, and approval remains a Region decision. We help you prepare the file.
Frequently asked questions from personal trainers
Because the scope is closed. Solo is one page built on a proven KernWeb base, generated with AI and framed by a designer, with one round of corrections: two to three days of work, not a custom project. As soon as you need several pages, a CMS, multiple languages or an integration, we move to Start or Business, and the budget follows the actual work.
Your texts (we give you a six-question outline), five to ten photos, your packages and prices, your Google reviews, the link to your booking tool. The ten working days start when we receive these elements.
Not on Solo: there is no CMS, which is what makes the price possible. Small changes (a price, a time slot, a photo) are quoted separately, usually a few dozen euros. If you want to edit often, the Start package with a no-code tool or Business with Wagtail is made for that.
The website links to your tool (Calendly, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, your app): that is included. A booking module built into the website, with payment, belongs to a custom website.
Yes, under conditions. The Brussels-Region Prime Digitalisation grant covers 25 to 70% of eligible expenses (capped at EUR 10,000 per beneficiary per calendar year). The application is filed before the assignment starts; we help you prepare it.
